Day 1: Welcome to the Journey – Dar es Salaam to Mikumi or Maasai Village
Once you arrive in Dar es Salaam, we will greet you warmly and begin our journey.
We will travel straight to Mikumi or a Maasai village, where you will stay the night.
This is a good time to rest and get ready for the big safari that starts the next morning.

Day 2: Wild Adventure – Full Day at Mikumi National Park
Today is a day full of adventure!
We will wake up early and go deep into Mikumi National Park. There, you can see wild animals like:
- Zebras, giraffes, lions, hippos, and elephants.
If we have extra time, we may visit the Underground Water at Mkata River. This place has colorful birds flying above the water – it’s truly magical.

Day 3: To the Wild Heart – Mikumi to Ruaha + Sunset Safari
After breakfast, we will drive to Ruaha National Park, a hidden gem of Tanzania.
On the way, you’ll enjoy natural views and once we arrive, we’ll set up camp and relax.
In the evening, we’ll go on a short safari drive to look for:
- Lions, leopards, and elephants.
We’ll finish the day by watching a beautiful sunset, then head back to camp for dinner.

Day 4: Nature’s Show – Full Day in Ruaha National Park
Get ready for a full day of exploring!
We will leave early and travel through more of Ruaha National Park, which is full of life. You may see:
- Big herds of elephants
- Lions and wild dogs
- Cheetahs running in the wild
In the evening, we’ll return to camp, relax, and enjoy a peaceful night under the stars.

Day 5: Walk with Nature – Walking Safari & Night Drive
This is a special day! In the morning, we’ll go on a walking safari with local guides.
They will show us trees, plants, and small animals, and teach us about the forest and animals.
At night, we go out again to look for:
- Owls, bush babies, and other night animals that only come out in the dark.
After that, we return to camp to sleep after a full day.

Day 6: The Green Mountain – Travel to Udzungwa Mountains
After breakfast, we’ll take a 4 to 5 hour drive to the Udzungwa Mountains.
This area is known for its green forests, high waterfalls, and rare flowers.
We’ll take a short hike to get a closer look at the natural beauty and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Day 7: Goodbye Nature – Back to Dar es Salaam
On our last day, we wake up and enjoy the morning by watching monkeys, special birds, and the beautiful waterfalls in Udzungwa.
After lunch, we begin our trip back to Dar es Salaam (4 to 5 hours by car).
When we arrive, we say goodbye and thank you for being part of this amazing journey!
